Places I’ve visited: All states in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Vanuatu, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Italy & Switzerland.

Favourite travel destination: Ireland
Why? It’s such a beautiful country and the people really make the experience.

Most memorable travel experience: My first ever holiday to Fiji and visiting Treasure Island. We honeymooned there 6 years later and I still love to recommend it as a fantastic Fiji Island.

Travel Tip: Always allow plenty of time when arriving at or transiting through airports.

The best thing about my job is: Meeting my clients for the first time and turning a dream into reality, then spending time hearing all about it when they return.

My dream holiday: Motor home holiday across America and taking in some major Motorsport events, then hit route 66 in a US muscle car.

Places I’ve visited: QLD, VIC, SA & TAS, New Zealand, USA, Sabah (Borneo), Singapore, Vietnam, Vanuatu, Kenya, Tanzania, Dubai (UAE), and Thailand.

Favourite travel destination: Tanzania
Why? The ability to closely observe a huge range of African animals in their natural environment.

Most memorable travel experience: Bush camping on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater with elephants, zebra, and warthog roaming through the camp.

Travel Tip: Learn at least a few words of the local language – it’s often greatly appreciated by the locals and can really enhance your travel experience (or at least provide some amusement!).

I never leave home without: Comprehensive travel insurance from a reputable insurance company.

The best thing about my job is: Working to create incredible travel experiences for my clients, regardless of whether it’s a hassle-free business trip, a fabulous short getaway, or the holiday of a lifetime.

My dream holiday: I would love to travel to South America to;

  • trek to the ancient Incan city of Macchu Picchu
  • visit the wildlife of the Galapagos Islands
  • see the incredible landscapes of Bolivia’s Salar de Uyuni
  • hike through the Torres del Paine National Park in Chilean Patagonia, and;
  • voyage down to see the wildlife and landscapes of the Antarctic!

Travel Philosophy: To not only visit but to truly experience as many different countries and cultures as possible.

Places I’ve visited: NSW, QLD, TAS, VIC, SA, WA, NT, Tahiti, USA, Canada, Alaska, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Noumea, Vanuatu

Favourite Travel Destination: I have recently clocked up a few trips to the USA.
Why: It is such a vast country with a lot of history compared to back home.  Have had the pleasure to experience the history of the civil and revolutionary wars, the battle of little bighorn, the Wild West.

Most Memorable Travel Experience: I have quite a few.  It’s hard to pick a favourite.  Walking on the Great Wall of China and see the Terracotta Warriors was amazing.  Also cruising through Alaska – seeing and hearing the glaciers “calve”, very hard to put in words, you have to see/hear it to believe it!

Travel Tip: Be mindful/respectful of each countries customs, and enjoy the experience.

I never leave home without: My passport, camera & sense of humour.

The best thing about my job is: The chance to use my previous travel experiences with my customers when booking their holiday.

My dream holiday: Well I have quite few places that I would like to tick off my “bucket list”:
  • View the ruins of Angkor Wat
  • Overnight on a Junk Boat in Halong Bay
  • Europe
  • Visit Macchu Picchu
  • Yosemite National Park (the last park on my list in the USA)
  • Visit Alcatraz
  • See a bit more of Canada
  • Visit Niagara Falls
  • Go on a Safari & see Victoria Falls

Travel Philosophy: We live in a big world, try to see/experience as much of it while you still can!
